Mr Madon requests that the hearing of the commercial summary suit be expedited. That is entirely reasonable and it is in the interest of both sides.

The stage of the suit is that the Written Statement is yet to be filed. On instructions from the Defendant's proprietor who is present in Court, Mr Madon states that the Written Statement will be filed and served on or before 25th March 2019. 4.
