The above Petition is fled by the Petitioner against the Respondents under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (the Act). The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that Mr.Parmeshwarji Taparia is already appointed as Arbitrator and the arbitration proceedings have commenced. However, the Respondents are not appearing before the learned Arbitrator. In view thereof, the above Arbitration Petition shall be treated by the learned Arbitrator as Petition under Section 17 of the Act and appropriate orders shall be passed.

A copy of this Order shall be forthwith served on the Respondents at their last known address by the Advocate for the Petitioner. 3.
