The statement of disclosure of Mr Cyrus Ardeshir is obtained. This is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date.

The disputes between the parties are referred to the sole arbitration of Mr Cyrus Ardeshir. The Advocates for the Petitioners will place an authenticated copy of this order before Mr Ardeshir on 12th June 2017. Mr Ardeshir is requested to call his first meeting at his earliest convenience.

Both sides will be at liberty to file applications for interim relief before the learned Sole Arbitrator and he is requested to 28th April 2017

The statement made on behalf of the Respondents will continue till such time as the learned Sole Arbitrator decides otherwise.

The Arbitration Petition is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
