The Petitioner is the widow and one of the legal heir of the deceased Mr.Amit Mohan Abhangrao who expired on 22 July 2016. Apart from the petitioner the other legal heirs are Smt. Shashikala Mohan Abhangrao (mother) and three minor children Miss Priti Amit Abhangrao, Miss Shreya Amit Abhangrao and Miss Manasvi Amit Abhangrao.The mother Smt Shashikala Mohan Abhangrao has filed an affidavit dated 15 December 2016 consenting to the issuance of the legal heir ship certificate in favour of the Petitioner. Hence, issuance of proclamation is dispensed with and Misc.Petition is made returnable forthwith and taken up for

hearing and final disposal.

The Petitioner is seeking legal heir ship Certificate under section 2 of the Bombay Regulation Act VIII of 1827 in respect of her late husband Amit Mohan Abhangrao who is stated to have died on 22 July 2016. He was ordinarily resident of Mumbai but, was employed in Dubai and expired in Dubai. During his life time, the deceased worked as a Computer Programmer namely Diarough Middle East DMCC, in Dubai. He was in the post of a Manager. The legal heir ship Certificate is required, inter alia for the purpose of transferring gratuity, vacation pay off from the employer, Car, UAE National Bonds Saving Certificates, Bonds, Shares and/or other securities as also amounts standing to his credit in banks at Dubai. It is also stated that no application has been made to any District Court or District Delegate or to any High Court for Probate of will of the deceased or for Letter of Administration with or without will in respect of the estate of the deceased. There is no impediment in granting of the reliefs. 4.

Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of Mrs.Priti Amit Abhangrao, Miss.Shreya Amit Abhangrao,Miss.Manasvi Amit Abhangrao and Smt Shashikala Mohan Abhangrao.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.

Petition stands disposed of.
