DATED : 5 DECEMBER 2018 P.C.:
The grievance of the Petitioner essentially is in respect of his Account being declared as NPA (Non Performing Asset). The Petitioner has filed Securitisation Application No.110 of 2014 and Securitisation Application No.6 of 2018 before the DRT, wherein he was not successful in obtaining any relief. The Petitioner had also approached the Supreme Court by filing Writ Petition (Civil) No.83 of 2018, wherein the following order was passed on 06-03-2018:
"O R D E R Heard Mr.Mathew J. Nedumpara, learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
Having heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner at length, we do not find that the decision rendered in Mardia Chemicals Ltd. & Ors vs. Union of India & Ors. (2004) 4 SCC 311, requires Uday.P.Kambli 1/2
2/2 12-wpst-3908-18.doc reconsideration.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed."
2.
The Petitioner, instead of challenging the aforesaid orders of DRT before DRAT, has filed this Petition. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. (A.K.MENON,J.) (A.A.SAYED, J.) Uday.P.Kambli 2/2
