We have perused the Affidavit of Shri. B. Loknath Reddy, Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai Zone III dated 29th December 2017 in support of the Motion and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order.
