The Appellant has filed this appeal under Section 37 along with a motion for condonation of delay of 23 days. Heard learned Counsel for the parties. Considering the averments made in paragraphs 3 to 9 and as sufficient case is made out and in the interest of justice, we are inclined to grant this motion in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The motion is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
