In paragraph 2 of the order dated 18th November 2019, the reference to respondents Nos. 7 and 8 and their claim is to be corrected to read as follows:

"Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 claim to be entitled to the premises in the basement, ground and first floor and three car parking spaces, but are in possession of none. "

Further, parties agree that the order of 18th November 2019 will not extend to unit No. 202 on the second floor and one car parking space, which are in the possession of third parties, Kunal and Rohini Wadhwani who are represented in Court today by Mr Tamboly. They are applicants in Interim Application No. 1 of 2019 but are not (yet) parties to the section 9 petition. 3.

Liberty to the petitioners to apply, including to join the Wadhwanis should the need arise.

Interim Application No. 1 of 2019 is disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.
