The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions states that as the State Government wants to issue a fresh notice, show cause notice dated 5th November 2018 which is the subject matter of the Chamber Summons stands withdrawn. We accept the said statement. In view of the said statement, it is not necessary to entertain the Chamber Summons and the same is accordingly disposed of.
