The learned counsel for the defendant Nos 5(a) and 5(b) submits that the defendant Nos. 5(a) and 5(b) have taken out interim application being Interim Application Nos. 1 of 2019, 2 of 2019 and 3 of 2019 (which are not listed today) seeking condonation of delay in filing written statement and seeking permission to file the written statements. Copies of the interim applications have been handed over to the learned counsel for the plaintiff in Court.
