The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that consequent to filing of this Petition, on 12.05.2017 the appeal has been preferred by the Petitioner Ms. V. Vidhya before the appellate authority of the SEBI, against the order of penalty imposed by the SEBI dated 31.03.2017. The Counsel further submits that, the said appeal has been heard and the order is passed. 2.
