Mr. Sangani, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. This because his grievance is addressed as the list of eligible voters to the election of the Governing Council of the Western Indian Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has been handed over to him in Court. He undertakes to pay cost of Rs.1,500/- for the same by th November, 2015 to the solicitor of respondent no.1 at its Uday S. Jagtap

3290-15-WP-l=.doc office. In case, the C.D. is also handed over to the petitioner, he undertakes to pay the requisite charges for the same by 27 th November, 2015 to the solicitor of respondent no.1 at its office. 2.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
