The learned counsel for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail statutory remedy of appeal before the DRAT. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.

In order to enable the Petitioner to approach the appellate authority - DRAT, the ad-interim relief granted by this Court on dated 19th November 2018, shall remain in operation till 7th January 2019.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

It is pointed out that in pursuance of the order dated 19th November 2018 passed in this writ petition, the Petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.50 lakh with Respondent No.1-bank.
