3. I am of the view that the application can be allowed. Accordingly subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority within one week from today, the order dt.16.08.2019 shall stand recalled.

4. If costs are not paid, the application shall stand dismissed and this order shall stand vacated. If costs are paid, all office objections shall be complied with within a period of four weeks.
