The sole grievance raised in the petition is about non-disposal of the appeal and application made by the petitioner to the respondent No.2. In this regard, a statement is made across the Bar that several representations/applications are made by the petitioner to the respondent No.2 and same are pending for decision. 3.

In the light of the above, we deem it convenient to dispose off this petition by passing the following order : 1) The petitioner is permitted to file a consolidated application/representation before the respondent No.2 within a period of one week from today in support of the grievance made in the petition. 45 wp 492.2017.doc 2) The respondent No.2 shall decide that representation/application and pass a final order after hearing all concerned within a period of four weeks from the date of filing such representation.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed off. 4.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter, and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept open to be agitated on merits.
