Considering the order dated 26th August, 2022, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the proceedings are yet to be concluded before the Supreme Court. Statement is accepted. Liberty to the parties to apply after the proceedings are decided. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the respondents on both the interim applications. The applicants pray for an amendment in the cause title of both the petitions, as the name of the petitioner undertaking, has changed from DFS India Private Limited to Flemingo Travel Retail Private Limited.

Having perused the averments made in both the interim applications, both the interim applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended copy of the petitions be served upon the respondents' advocate simultaneously. Re-verification is dispensed with.
