The applicant seeks substitution having taken on assignment, debts due from the respondent to the original claimant. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. I find no reason to decline the relief sought. Accordingly, I pass the following order :

(i) Interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c).
