By consent, the ad-interim order dated 23rd December 2016 is confirmed as the final order on the Arbitration Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. 2.

The parties have agreed to refer all their disputes to the arbitration of Mr. Snehal Shah, learned Advocate of this Court. The parties will approach Mr. Shah for a convenient date for a preliminary meeting.

The disclosure required by the learned Sole Arbitrator under Section 12 of the Act will be filed within a period of two weeks from the date of the first meeting.

Mr. Andhyarujina makes a statement that an amount of Rs. 5 crores required to be deposited by the order dated 23rd December 2016 was in fact deposited on 28th December 2016. The Respondent does not seek to withdraw this amount at this stage. The amount will be held by the Prothonotary & Senior Master to the credit of the arbitration proceedings.

All rights and contentions of both sides are kept open. 6.

The Arbitration Petition is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
