In view of what is stated in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, the notice of motion is allowed and accordingly disposed of in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b). The suit is restored to file. All office objections to be removed within one week from today, failing which the suit will stand dismissed without further reference to the court. It should be noted that thought the matter was listed today nobody has appeared for the plaintiffs despite that the court after going through the affidavit in Gauri Gaekwad
