The Notice of Motion seeks recall and setting aside of an order of dismissal passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules for nonremoval of office objections. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the notice of motion is allowed. The delay is condoned and the order of dismissal passed by the Prothonotary & Senior Master on 13 August 2015 is set aside and the petition is restored on board. The Petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed under Rule 986 without further recourse to this Court. ( S.C.
