There was an ad-interim order dated 24th November 2015. It was served on the Defendants. Based on an email dated 20th July 2016 received by Mr. Kane from the Defendants' Advocate, Mr. Kane says that the manufacturing licence that the Defendants hold has been surrendered. The parties are negotiating for settlement in the Suit.

In the meantime, the ad-interim order dated 24th November 2015 will continue as the final order on this Notice of Motion. 4.

The Notice of Motion is made absolute in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.
