Learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the Petition with further liberty to approach the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under Section 35 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 2.

The Apex Grievance Redressal Committee is directed to decide the grievance of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from the date of the petitioner approaching the said Committee.
