(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing account and plaintiff be directed to pay costs, charges and expenses of Court Receiver as per provisional statement prepared by this Registry upon taking inspection;

(b)Costs of Rs.3,000/- towards this Report be awarded; 2.

The dues of the Court Receiver including costs and expenses shall be paid by the Plaintiffs within two weeks from the date of this order. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
