Both these Applications are taken out for the purpose of bringing on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.4. Interim Application (L) No. 1662 of 2022 is filed by the original Petitioner and Interim Application No. 4890 of 2022 is filed by the legal heirs of Respondent No.4 to bring themselves on record. 2.
Perused the Interim Applications. Delay in filing the Interim Application (L) No. 1662 of 2022 is condoned. The legal heirs of Respondent No.4 be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out by the Petitioner to the Petition by 9 January 2023. 3.
The Interim Applications are allowed and are accordingly disposed of.
