On the earlier occasion Mr. Sudarshan Kumar Tapuriah, Petitioner was present in Court. In his presence, we recorded that the Advocate then engaged Mr. Nishant Sangle has been discharged and all the papers were taken away by the Petitioner from Mr. Sangle. We recorded the request of the Petitioner appearing in person before us to grant time so as to engage another Advocate. At his request, we gave him more than adequate time. 2.
The Petitioner thereafter engaged Mr. Sandeep Kumar as an Advocate. The Petitioner was present in Court on both the occasions, i.e., 4th December 2015 and 17th December 2015.

Today since the Petitioner and the newly engaged Advocate Mr. Sandeep Kumar is absent we have no alternative but to dismiss the Petition for want of prosecution.
