Interim application is for condoning the delay of 32 days in filing the appeal. On 12th March 2020, respondent nos.1 and 2 had appeared through Wadia Gandhy & Co. Respondent No.3 has been served and there is affidavit of service of one Ritesh Katale affirmed on 20th March 2020 proving service. We do not find on record any reply opposing the application and Mr. Shah states he has not been served with any reply. Therefore, for the reasons mentioned in the interim application, delay is condoned and interim application is disposed. Appeal to come up for admission in due course.
