Heard Mr. Kamdar, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Talsania, learned counsel for the respondents. 2.

This application has been filed for restoration of Writ Petition (L) No.1160 of 2019 which was dismissed for non-prosecution for failure to remove office objections.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there were two minor office objections which were in fact removed by the applicants. However, steps could not be taken for registration of the petition. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that it is for the Court to pass necessary order.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, related Writ Petition (L) No.1160 of 2019 is restored to file. Applicants to take consequential steps within 4 weeks. 6.

Interim Application is disposed of.
