In view of the fact that the orders impugned in this petition are apealable under section 35 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. However, we grant liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy of appeal as provided under section 35 of the said Act. With the aforesaid liberty, petition is disposed of. All contentions are kept open.
