Perused the Notice of Motion and afdadit in support thereof. For the reasons set out therein, the order dated 8 th Nodember, 2019 is set aside and Writ Petition No. 1811 of 2014 along with Notice of Motion No. 340 of 2018 are restored to fle.

The learned Addocate appearing for the petitioner states that he will take out a separate application seeking the restoration of the order dated 10th July, 2014, more particularly the directions that no coercide action shall be taken by the Corporation against the petitioner.

Interim Application No. 1 of 2019 in W.P.No.1811 of 2014 is accordingly disposed of.
