DATE : 14TH NOVEMBER, 2022 P.C:- The papers are allowed to be produced on production board in view of the urgency expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner for seeking extension of time to vacate the respective tenaments occupied by the members of the society. Learned counsel for the petitioners on instruction states that all the occupants except 9 occupants have not vacated and seeks four weeks time to vacate on the

KVM 2/2 501 - WP 4345 OF 2022.doc ground that they are making sincere efforts to search for the alternate accommodation. The statement made by the learned counsel is accepted.

These 9 occupants shall handover the vacant possession in compliance with the order passed by this Court on 13th October, 2022 on or before expiry of four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.

The other directions issued by this Court in the said order to continue.
