Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and for the reasons made in the affidavit in support and further affidavit, delay is condoned. Applicant to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) as cost and this amount shall be paid within two weeks to P.M. Cares Fund.
