For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the same is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner to remove the office objections within two weeks from date. If the office objections are not removed within the time stipulated by this order, then the Petition would once again stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of.
