By this interim application, the applicant seeks condonation of 232 days delay in filing the affidavit of proof of debt before the Official Liquidator. The applicant has explained the delay in paragraphs 3 to 9 in the interim application. The delay is sufficiently explained. The interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). There shall be no order as to costs.
