Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Terms by which it is stated that the disputes and differences between the parties as arisen in the present proceedings stand resolved. On behalf of the petitioners, the Consent Terms are signed by the Managing Committee members and on behalf of respondents, Mr.Jayesh Tanna, Director of the respondent company has signed the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are also signed by the learned Advocates for the parties. There is no dispute on the signatures as appearing on the Consent Terms. Signatories of the Consent Terms are also present in the Court. The Consent Terms are accordingly taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Undertaking as set out in the Consent Terms stands accepted.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. No costs.
