Ms. Varsha Palav, counsel for Petitioner states that all the legal heirs have entered into consent terms dated 22nd March 2017 and also Release Deed dated 9th March 2017, whereby the legal heirs have accepted the Will dated 8th March 1995 as valid and have also agreed that the estate will devolve upon the parties as mentioned in the Will.

(1) Bipinchandra Kapurchand Shah (2) Ila Kantilal Mehta (3) Sudhaben Jaisinh Ashar (4) Avantika Trivedi (5) Smita Dilip Shah (6) Sushma Mahendra Kuvadia (7) Jayesh Subodhchandra Doshi and

(8) Chandulal C.Patwa as mentioned in the consent terms is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Copy of the Release Deed is also taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification.

The counsel for Petitioner identified each of the signatories and also confirms that each of the signatories are the legal heirs of the deceased and there are no other legal heirs. Statement of the counsel is accepted.

The statement of the signatories in the consent terms are also accepted. Petition accordingly stands disposed. Refund if any, of court fees in accordance with rules. ( K.R.SHRIRAM,J)
