The Petitioner has certain grievances in respect of the implementation of the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme in question. The same are reflected by the reliefs sought vide prayer clauses (b) and (c) of the Petition. It is not possible for this Court to consider the reliefs sought as the same would entail an enquiry into facts. The Slum Rehabilitation Authority being the Authority, which sanctions the Slum Rehabilitation Schemes, it is for it to address the grievances of the Petitioner. We therefore, direct the Slum Rehabilitation Authority to consider the above Petition as the representation of Talwalkar

5.wp324.16 the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders in respect of the grievances of the Petitioner within 6 weeks from date. With the aforesaid directions the Writ Petition is disposed of.
