By this notice of motion, the applicant seeks restoration of the suit which is dismissed on 19th October,2018 in view of the non compliance of the conditional order dated 27th September,2018 passed by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that during the period granted for removal of the office objections, the learned advocate on record was not well and undertakes to remove all office objections within two weeks from today. Undertaking rendered by the learned counsel is accepted.

Order dated 27th September,2018 insofar as Testamentary Suit (L) No.790 of 2018 is concerned, is set aside on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within two weeks from today.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.

If the office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, testamentary suit to stand dismissed without further reference to court.

Notice of motion is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
