By this interim application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of one year and six months in filing the affidavit of claim before the Official Liquidator. The delay is sufficiently explained in paragraphs 5 to 8 of the interim application. The reasons record therein are accepted. The interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). There shall be no order as to costs.
