The Petitioners and Respondent Nos.5 and 6 settled their dispute amicably and have filed consent terms dated 5th March 2019. By virtue of clause (24), the Petitioners have withdrawn the petition against Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. The consent terms are signed by Petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 as well as Respondent No. 5 & 6 along with their respective advocates.

Petitioner No. 1 is present in the Court. On behalf of Respondent No.5, its representative Mr. Avinash Kothari is present whereas on behalf of Respondent No. 6, its representative Mr. Akib Patel is present in the Court. On specific query, they state that they patilsr 1 / 2

have gone through consent terms and have understood the same. They requested to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the consent terms.

In the light of above, consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted. Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
