This Commercial Arbitration Petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking an extension of time by a period of six months to complete the arbitration proceedings and pass a final award.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has fairly stated that he has no objection if the time is extended as prayed for.

Considering the aforesaid statement, the time to conclude the arbitration proceedings and pass a final award is extended upto 15th June, 2019.

The arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
