The above Chamber Summons has been filed seeking amendment to the Petition in terms of the schedule to the Chamber Summons. The above Petition has been admitted and the amendment sought is to bring on record subsequent developments post the admission of the petition. In our view, the Chamber Summons for amendment can be allowed. In so far as the interim relief sought vide above Chamber Summons is concerned, the applicant i.e. original petitioner may file an appropriate Notice of Motion for the same. The Chamber Summons is accordingly allowed and made absolute in terms of Talwalkar

3.chsw7.17 prayer (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date and the amendment also to be carried out in the copies served on the State. In so far as interim reliefs are concerned, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a Notice of Motion for the same. Needless to state that the said Motion would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law. The statement made by learned Senior Counsel appearing for the State Shri A.Y.
