By this interim application, the applicant seeks condonation of 1 day delay in filing the affidavit of proof of debt before the Official Liquidator. The applicant has explained the delay in paragraphs 3 to 6 in the interim application. The delay is sufficiently explained. The interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). There shall be no order as to costs.
