This Notice of Motion filed by the Applicant / original Respondent under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947, seeks directions to the Petitioner Company to deposit the back wages and expedite the hearing of the petition. 2.

The learned counsel for the original Petitioner rightly pointed out that Section 17B is not applicable as the orders are passed by the Court under the provisions of Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Union and Prevention of Unfair Labour

No change of circumstances is pointed out to vacate this interim order. The petition is of the year 2014. There are much older petitions with similar fact situation pending for hearing therefore, it is not possible to give priority to hearing of this petition at present. Notice of motion is accordingly disposed of.
