Ms.Castellino appearing for defendant nos.2 to 4 stated that if the Court is inclined to grant the amendment application, all rights and contentions of defendant nos. 2 to 4 be kept open to be raised in the additional written statement to be filed. Chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). All rights and contentions of defendants are kept open to be raised in the additional written statement to be filed. Amendment to be carried out and the amended plaint to be served within two weeks. It is clarified that no consequential amendments are permitted.
