The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) (b) and (c), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a) Whether the Court Receiver should make the payment at the rate of Rs.4,500/- p.m. to the Society towards society maintenance charges from October-2015.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintiff undertakes to pay the dues of the Court Receiver including costs, within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted.
