After some arguments, Mr Sethna for the Plaintiffs seeks leave to withdraw the Chamber Summons. He seeks liberty to file a fresh Chamber Summons. No such liberty is required as the Plaintiffs have always the right to apply. Any fresh Chamber Summons will be considered on its own merits. 2.
The Chamber Summons is disposed of in these terms. No costs.

It is however made clear that since the trial has commenced, it is not to be interrupted or stopped because the Plaintiffs are planning or proposing to move some other application. 4.
Since the cross-examination of the Plaintiffs' witness is concluded, list the suit for directions on 26th February 2019. 5.
The Chamber Summons is dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs.
