By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking permission to carry out amendment in the Petition as per schedule annexed in Interim Application at Exh.B and thereafter in the original grant.

The Applicant has stated in the Interim Application that letters dated 14th March 2016 were received by the Applicant from the companies which are Tata Power Company Limited, Tata Steel Limited, Tata Motors Limited, CEAT Limited informing the Applicant about the change of Folio number and other details. These changes have been mentioned in the schedule at Exh.B to the Interim Application and amendment has been sought in terms of the said schedule. 4.

Having considered the averments in the Interim Application as well as submissions of the learned Counsel for the Applicant in support thereof, I am satisfed that a case has been made out for grant of the relief sought for in the Interim Application. Hence, the following order:- (i) The Applicant shall carry out amendment in the Testamentary Petition No. 793 of 2002 in terms of schedule at Exh.B to the Interim Application and thereafter, changes shall be carried out in the original grant dated 31st January 2005 and extension certifcate dated 19th September 2016.

(ii) The amendment shall be carried out within a period of fve weeks from the date of this order.
