The applicant has taken over the accounts of the original applicantdecree holder pursuant to Deed of Assignment dated 26 th June 2019.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the execution application in terms of Schedule-I to this application. 2.

In view thereof, I pass the following order :- (i) IA is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.

(ii) IA is disposed in the above terms.
