Perused the Order dated 28 th April, 2017. It is clarified that the disclosures shall be handed over to the Tribunal by the Petitioner in a sealed cover within a period of two weeks from the date of this order. I am informed that the Tribunal is of the view that the order dated 28th April, 2017, does not mention that the Tribunal can open the sealed envelope and peruse its contents. In my view, no such mention is required to be made in the order. The Tribunal is always at liberty to open the sealed envelope, peruse its contents and also pass orders in future on the basis of such disclosures.
