Learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly states that though Letter of Intent has been issued in 2012 notice issued SRA is received by Petitioner now. According to him title to subject land may vest in Union of India and in that event entire rehabilitation project may be faulted with. If that happens, Petitioner Nesarikar

2 / 2 921-WPL-3975-18.odt shall be stranded in alternate accommodation for indefinite time.

After six years we are not inclined to look into such contention. The slum rehabilitation project has been sanctioned as per provisions of law and no such objection has been raised at that juncture. However, keeping the contentions of Petitioner open and with liberty to Petitioner to approach the Court if any such contingencies arise, we dispose of the Petition. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) (B. P.
